After completing a Bachelor in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources from l’Université du Québec à Montréal, Josée Bélanger has acquired more than twenty years of diversified experience in Human Resources and Talent Management Leadership roles.
Josée has evolved successfully in environments in transformation and within leading-edge organizations that integrate Human Capital best practices in day-to-day operations. She also had the opportunity to work in many different industries and with organizations that support entrepreneurship.
Josée has successfully led strategic and large scale projects in Employee Engagement, Talent Succession, Change Management, Performance Management and Branding. She has also supported leaders and employees through major Operational and Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning systems implementations.
In 2015, she launched her own consulting practice and is now collaborating with other Human Resources professionals, leaders and individuals to help them develop their own talents via coaching and proven approaches in organizational development.
