HEC Montréal graduate in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, Renée-Claude Paris has held, over the past 20 years, several high-level HR generalist and specialist positions.
Having worked in a number of different industries and in highly competitive, demanding and often changing environments and contexts, she understands complex business issues and the importance of aligning efficient Human Resources practices with organizational needs.
Renée-Claude is agile, energetic and creative and has successfully delivered many major projects. Through her leadership, she has contributed strategically and operationally to developing and implementing many programs and processes, including succession planning, performance management, surveys on employee engagement and organizational health, coaching and leadership development, compensation and integrated HR systems.
Passionate about people, Renée-Claude has earned a reputation for her ability to quickly establish solid and lasting relationships and in her coaching practice, she is driven by the desire to see people find fulfillment and develop their full potential to reach their career objectives as quickly as possible.
In 2015, after over 20 years working within organizations, including 12 years in leadership positions, she founded RCPcc, which offers Human Resources Management consulting and professional coaching services.
